টনসিল অপারেশনে কি রোগ প্রতিরোধ ক্ষমতা কমে?

 শিশু কিংবা বয়ষ্ক, যে কারো টনসিল অপারেশনের উপদেশ দেওয়া হলে রোগী কিংবা রোগীর পক্ষ থেকে প্রথমেই প্রশ্ন ওঠে- অপারেশন করলে রোগীর ভবিষ্যতে কোনো সমস্যা হবে কী না। রোগ প্রতিরোধক ক্ষমতা কমে যাবে কী না। টনসিল অপারেশন পরবর্তী অবস্থা নিয়ে ইত্যাদি নানা ধরণের ভুল ধারণা অনেকেরই।

বৈশাখের তীব্র দাবদাহে দেখা দিতে পারে নানা রকম অসুখ বিসুখ। এই সব অসুস্থতার মধ্যে রয়েছে জ্বর, ডায়রিয়া, অবসাদগ্রস্ততা, সামার বয়েল বা ত্বকের ফোঁড়া, নাক দিয়ে রক্তপড়া, ঘামাচি ও হিটস্ট্রোক। তীব্র গরমে অনেকেই আক্রান্ত হয়ে পড়েন জ্বরে। জ্বরের সাথে হয় ডায়রিয়াও। জ্বরের মাত্রা একটু বেশি থাকে। ১০৩-১০৪ ডিগ্রী ফারেনহাইট পর্যন্ত ওঠে শরীরের তাপমাত্রা। তবে প্যারাসিটামলেই সেরে যায় জ্বর।

৪৫ সেকেন্ডে দূর হবে মাথাব্যথা

 লোকে বলে, ‘মাথা থাকলে নাকি মাথাব্যথা হবেই’। সুতরাং এ নিয়ে অধিক দুশ্চিন্তার কিছু নেই। কিন্তু যার ব্যথা সেই বোঝে এর ভয়াবহতা। হঠাৎ শুরু হওয়া মাথা ব্যথা খুবই অস্বস্তিকর। তখন যেন আর কোনো কিছুই ভালো লাগে না।

মাথা ব্যথা শুরু হলে অনেকেই ওষুধ খেতে বাধ্য হন। কিংবা ব্যথা মুখ বুঝে সহ্য করেন। কিন্তু জানেন কী? কোনোরকম ওষুধের সাহায্য ছাড়াই মাত্র ৪৫ সেকেন্ডে মাথা ব্যথা দূর করার দারুণ এক উপায় রয়েছে!

এ জন্য সবচেয়ে কার্যকরী উপায় হচ্ছে, আপনার দুই ভ্রুর মাঝখানে কপালের যে অংশটি রয়েছে, সেখানে বৃদ্ধাঙুল দিয়ে ৪৫ সেকেন্ড চেপে ধরে রাখুন। দেখবেন, উধাও হয়ে গেছে মাথা ব্যথা।

এটি চীনে খুবই জনপ্রিয় একটি পদ্ধতি। অর্থাৎ দুই ভ্রুর ঠিক মাঝখানে কপালে বৃদ্ধাঙুল দিয়ে চাপ দিয়ে ধরে থাকলে, তা শুধু মাথা ব্যাথা প্রতিরোধই করে না, পাশাপাশি স্মৃতিশক্তি বাড়ানো, মানসিক চাপ কমানো, ক্লান্তি দূর করা ও অনিদ্রাও দূর করে।

চীনা চিকিৎসা-পদ্ধতি বলে, ভাইটাল এনার্জি শরীরের ১২টি প্রধান মেরিডিয়ান দিয়ে প্রবাহিত হয়। কপালের ঠিক মাঝ বরাবর স্থানটিও তেমনই একটি জায়গা।
